About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Engineering Associate to support our lead engineer in a dynamic environment focused on automation, robotics, and practical problem-solving. This is a multidisciplinary role that blends mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering. Ideal for those who love building, learning, and working on real-world projects that make a direct impact.
Whether you're helping reverse engineer legacy equipment, wiring up a robotic system, or optimizing a 3D model for fabrication—you’ll be contributing to meaningful work that supports local industries.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the lead engineer with technical tasks and project execution
Support in electrical wiring, circuit assembly, and diagnostic testing
Contribute to mechanical prototyping, CAD modeling, and part fabrication
Help program and configure robotic or automated systems (e.g., RoboDK, Arduino)
Troubleshoot and document engineering processes
Maintain project organization, parts inventory, and schematics
What We're Looking For
Engineering student, recent graduate, or hands-on technician with experience in:
Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
Comfortable using hand tools, multimeters, and basic fabrication equipment
Familiar with CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.)
Basic programming experience (Python, C++, or microcontrollers) is a plus
Problem-solver, self-starter, and team player
Interest in automation, robotics, and reverse engineering
