Key Responsibilities


Lead B2B sales efforts to connect with farms, factories, and small businesses

Develop and execute outreach strategies: cold calls, email, in-person visits, events

Identify client needs and align them with engineering & automation solutions

Manage pipeline, track leads, and optimize conversion rates

Collaborate closely with engineering team for technical insight and solution building

Set sales goals and report on progress and opportunities

Build and refine customer acquisition playbooks over time

What We're Looking For


Proven experience in B2B sales or business development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Open to using any sales method—calls, emails, meetings, walk-ins

Comfortable working independently and building systems from the ground up

Familiarity with industrial, automation, or technical products is a plus

Driven by outcomes, not just activity

Ability to travel locally for client meetings when needed
